Our History
Incorporated as of 2022, Legacy Healthcare Solutions Inc. was founded at a time of immense need as many medical facilities and organizations within Canada experienced severe staffing shortages during the COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2 virus) pandemic.
As a result of the pandemic there was a rapid influx of ill patients that overwhelmed the healthcare system, combined with an exacerbated nursing shortage. Many healthcare professionals decided to leave, retire or terminate their jobs from experiencing a lack of support, financial assistance, burnout and other challenges.
We strive to provide a solution to this extraordinary challenge in a fractured Canadian healthcare industry. We provide a variety of career opportunities to qualified healthcare professionals seeking to fulfill their career goals, maintain a healthy work-life balance, and have the opportunity to provide superb care to patients across Canada.
